I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I earned my Master of Science in Marital and Family Therapy (MSMFT) from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, and my Bachelors (B.A) from Sarah Lawrence College. I’m a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
I utilize an Integrative Systemic Therapy approach, which incorporates a trauma-informed, intersectional, and anti-oppressive perspective, informed by current research, drawing upon a variety of theories and approaches, including Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My goal is to partner with my clients to help them achieve the changes they are seeking to make in their lives and relationships.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring over 25 years of Zen practice to my understanding of Mindfulness. For more information please contact me.
