I find that people generally get into therapy due to a problem (or problems) that they have not been able to resolve. By collaborating with my clients I help them develop more effective tools, awareness, and understanding to work with the given problem(s), and ultimately, to find more rewarding, authentic, and healthier resolutions.

Emotional warmth, compassion, safety, connection and trust are prerequisites for a successful therapeutic process, this is at the heart of all my work, and what drew me to this field.
