I find that people generally get into therapy due to problems that they have not been able to resolve. By collaborating with my clients I help them develop more effective tools, awareness, and understanding so that they may work through these problems, heal old wounds, and find more rewarding, authentic, and healthier resolutions.

Emotional warmth, compassion, safety, connection, and trust are prerequisites for a successful therapeutic process, this is at the heart of all my work, and what drew me to this field. In my clinical work and professional engagement in my field, I am committed to helping people of all identities, socioeconomic situations, and abilities access quality mental healthcare, and to make the career path to becoming a therapist more accessible for all.
